WHY AM I A MENTOR?
After I graduated, I had been mentored by several women who continuously inspired me with their work and guided me to find a suitable job. These women supported me through resume reviews, navigating through the networking process, preparing me for interviews and this eventually enabled me to secure 4 job offers from big pharma/biotech companies. Now, I want to give back to the womxn community and help individuals going through a similar process of job search. I want to encourage them to have faith in themselves, and to direct them towards appropriate resources (just as so many women helped me), to help them find a job that makes them happy. I want to also encourage women to not settle for anything they get but aim for bigger goals.

I can help my mentee through the resume review process, strategies for effective networking, conducting informational interviews, targeted job search, resume reviews and interview preparation.
EXPERIENCE
Experienced professional with technical and business acumen and passionate about building products that solve healthcare problems. She is currently working at Medtronic as part of the PMO group, managing the interdependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across the organization. Previously, she worked with Otomagnetics, a pharmaceutical startup, where she focused on product and project management and is knowledgeable about product lifecycle management, market research and business development. Isha also has prior strategy consulting experience working with Bain & Co, where her work focused on North America & EMEA- to support strategic, operational and financial analysis for Life Science clients. She is recognized for her strong communication skills, analytical thinking, leadership and organizational skills.
